Dubois looked wrecked to me tonight, obviously they'll never say. Not sure he could bend his hips at all tonight.

Brossoit kept vegas in it in the first. Could have easily been 2 3 goals after 1 for us but Brossoit stood tall. Full marks to Vegas, can't stand sportsnet tho. Couple those shots go in, it's a different game. Vegas survived our push. Then started to take over. Did Dubois play today? To much of that from him in my opinion, has a monster game then no shows. Can't complain about 1 1 after 2 at the Fortress, apparently Vegas is home to geeks and dorks

I really am disheartened by that third. Frankly the entire second half of that game.
Don’t get too up or too down

It’s going to be a tough series. Good thing is there was still a lot of positive to take in the second half. Broissoit gave them an edge tonight he made some clutch saves. Our top line had chances but couldn’t put them away.

The hockey gods giveth and taketh, just have to hope the whiteout is loud and proud and we can win the next game. I like our chances at home.

First period was great but a couple of goals would of helped, as the game went on the Knights took over. Hockey is a game of momentum and cashing in on your opportunities and the Knights did that in periods 2 and 3.
Yup, Vegas took a lucky bounce and ran with it. We were in the game until Stone's first goal. Only regrettable thing to me was us not taking liberties once it was 5-2.

Heading to the whiteout split at 1-1 is a good thing. Game 3 is absolutely huge.

Good first but ran out of gas. Top line shooting blanks, absolutely need more. After the 1st period it felt like the 1st line was just getting pushed around, I think that line needed to be split up even if temporary.

Happy enough that they split the first 2 games but need to get some consistency.
Can't see them breaking up the top line at this point - maybe if we were down 2 games.
We can't be tearing the lines apart after a loss - especially after how they played the first game -
Like you said, they ran out of gas

Jets didn’t take advantage of great scoring chances in first period and it cost them!

Tough to battle the opposition Knights and NHL reffing

Pionk was garbage

wheezer and Needtorideher pretend top 6

Jets need traffic in front of Brosucks !

really got away from what worked in game 1

Tough game for the Jets, and like most of you, even tougher to wake up in the morning. They didn't play like they did in Game One and the Golden Showers were able to play THEIR game and won. I give the match two turnovers out of five...

The Prediction Contest for Game Three has been posted, so get your guesses in. Thanks @Ginger Papa for volunteering to create a GDT for Saturday.

Good night all...

I try not to but, I really do live and die with this team and the roller-coaster can be very straining. I know its not healthy. I cant help it.

Personally, I found it strange that Cassidy even played Stone. I mean, yeah he's a good player, but they had the best record in the West without him. Clearly they were playing Cassidy hockey and Stone could have disrupted that. Big gamble on his part.

Note: This post is about Ehlers, and to a lesser extent, Perfetti.

Yeah, I just think that they could've used a bit of a shakeup when they were running out of gas. It just felt like they were deflating any momentum with their inability to get the puck.

I don't think it should've been permanent to be clear; I like that line as it is. I'd like it more if we had Ehlers in the lineup to ease some of the top line's minutes.

I really liked the start of the game; shows what we can bring in this series. Would be lying if I didn't get that sinking feeling like the last series with the Knights; where all of a sudden it seems like our legs were dead and theirs had infinite life.

KFC showed life; wish he was paid for it. I really want Ehlers back. I really want 2017 Scheifele back; I dunno he just seems to get so defeated not the world beater he has been. Hopefully that is still in him.

Glad we got the split and hope we can cheer them on for more!

Well you expected a response from a team that has some Stanley Cup experience.

4 periods of domination by the Jets came to a crashing end.

I was really disappointed with Mark Scheifele tonight. I think I yelled at him the most. Half hearted faceoff attempted followed by a half hearted check going to the net and that's your GWG. Long shift on the long change 2nd gave Vegas their first taste of a lead in this series.

I think Bones is going to have to make some adjustment to the top 6. Wheeler and Niedrreiter as a winger tandem can't last, there is simply not enough speed there. Watching them backcheck doggedly on the 4-2 goal was quite disappointing.

Top guns didn't get the job done tonight, checking lines played the right way...

Not worth staying up for.

f*** Sportsnet, and Garry Galley, as a Canadian team you think we'd get some support, but you'd think we were watching a Vegas home broadcast.

f*** Vegas, their shitty dance music, and annoying PA announcer who has to announce every sponsored moment on the ice.

Back to Winnipeg for the Whiteout, I hope there are some changes to the lineup for game 3.

Sucks we have to wait a day for the revenge tour. I think we'll come out pissed on Saturday. Our crowd needs to get on Vegas early and often

We really didn't think the Jets were going to win four straight, this is going to be a real tough series against a team that had a better regular season than us, now the playoffs don't care about the regular season but the Jets are to have to play perfect games to win this series.
A team that got play crap like Arizona, Anaheim, San Jose and a Vancouver !

I could not have said it better myself from the Jack Eichel smooch fest to the Mark Stone ass kissing to Scheifele looking like he wanted to be anywhere but on the ice yet refusing to come off, to getting goalied by broiswat to it feeling like a Vegas home broadcast just disappointing

I feel you man.

But There was lots of positive to take from this game. Our PK is amazing. helle was incredible. Samberg is a player. We have Ehlers ready in the wing to return our team. Lots of good looks from the boys. Remember there’s two teams playing. We, as jets fans focus on our boys more but Brossoit played well and Vegas really gave it their all tonight.

We are taking it back to the peg with the whiteout waiting and a chance to put them on their heels.
