This horrible month is what happens when your top six goes cold and your bottom six is absolute abysmal, and can not pick up any slack.

There's a gulf of talent offensively between the two groups. I'm not counting Paul in the bottom six.

Chaffee has the best tools all around AINEC, and if that's the case, we have a problem. Girgensons has gotten his head bounced off the ice more than he's scored. Glendening has as many goals as teeth. Eyssimont has stone hands. You can literally hear him chopping wood when he stick handles. The bottom six gives ZERO support offensively and does f*** all to wear down the opponent. It's a walk in the park for opposing teams waiting to shut down 21 and 86. Easiest "scary" team to shut down has to be us. We have the worst bottom six and our defense is Jeckyl and Hyde. This team is mediocre.

First, I completely agree with your assessment of our bottom six.

But I wouldn't say they shut down the top six or the team offensively. Cooper's quote is right, we had plenty of scoring chances, I think we hit 4 posts in the game, not counting Cirelli's first period miss. Geekie and Goncalves both played well offensively, setting up guys who didn't finish. Geekie setup both Cirelli and Hagel, Goncalves set up Paul on a breakaway and made some other nice passes.

In addition to the team's other issues, we've been having games like this where is seems like we're regressing to the mean from our league leading, and ridiculous scoring percentages pace thus far.

Literally half of this team can f*** right off after the season. Absolutely useless. The top line is gassed, Kuch is probably injured and no one can pick up the slack. Cirelli is regressing back to his mean and Hagel hits a million posts per game.

Will be fun to miss out on the playoffs by a one point or whatever because we can't get free points against shit teams like Chicago, San Jose and Anaheim.

this is only thing I can say. Im not laughing at guys Im laughinh at this ridicilous situation. Every goalie is freaking breed of Domenik Vladislav Hasek Tretyak Brodeur Roy Jashin against us, and next games they let 10 goals of 8 shots. Its really frusttrating.
