This is humiliating. 2/3 of our defense is green and about 1/2 our forwards are completely worthless on either end of the ice. I'm frustrated as I can possibly be with the way this team is coached but this is a steaming pile of shit

Not worried. It's a bad stretch of 3 games, and surprise, all teams have them; usually more than once in a season. They have an atrocious backup goaltebder who fooled some because he had 5 good games, wow! He's been terrible far more than good in his career. Couple that with the pathetic right side defense they have atm (why did Cernak even make the trip if he's not going to play), and this sort of thing isn't surprising. If they don't rally tonight, oh well. Season is far from over, and yes, this team still has the makeup, when healthy, to challenge for a title.
 
Yeah f***ing hell, this team needs a huge shake up. They are f***ing cooked and just too complacent. If the effort was there and it wasn't working out, that's one thing. But we aren't even seeing the effort. f***ing nuke the team. Trade Cirelli, Trade Perbix, Trade, Trade someone, do something to improve the f***ing effort. It's pathetic watching day in day out the Dr. Jekyl, Mr Hyde moments of this team just f***ing around and making shit teams look like cup contenders. It's getting pathetic and frustrating, and something has to change or someone's head has to roll.

JBB is completely capable of making stupid big trades, the fact he's sitting tight while we lose to Chicago, Montreal, and other crap teams, while losing to everyone in our own division is asinine. The fact this guy won't make a move but give up what he did for Jeannot is either him having PTSD or him just being an asshole.
 
I appreciate your optimism but this team is in no way a cup contender. No way.

We don't really have the cap space for moves and we haven't had any noteworthy prospects since Ross Colton like 4 years ago. This is what happens.

We just gotta leg this out until we can get reenforcements

Lol, because they lost 2 games this week with a shitty backup goaltender and playing at best 3rd pairing guys for 2/3 of their defense? They need to add 2 F and get actual top 4 dmen back in Moser and Cernak, but yes, this core certainly has what it takes. I've never seen a fan base fall apart more than this one over a bad 3 or 4.game stretch.

Sure, but none of those guys probably stayed in the league very long. Girgensons, a veteran player of 700+ games, you expect more out of.

It’s not a weird two game stretch. It’s been like this all season with a hot streak followed by these awful efforts. Delude yourself if it helps you cope I guess.
