I don’t understand the ‘meltdowns’ thing. The Hawks have been horrible for a long time and will continue to be. People expect better. And there is zero guarantee the ‘rebuild’ pans out.

At this point, I see Bedard never living up to his potential because he plays on a team with bums with a revolving door coaching staff. I just don’t see the big ‘all the kids in the pipeline and we’re gonna be good’ thing. Most of the vets are short stint cast offs and nothing to build around. There is no one on this team who can win a faceoff. I don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel and I’m sick of watching a shit product across every Chicago sports team

Any deal with Murphy assuming he gets healthy again it’s gonna take 50% retention and also be heavily waited with the game is played, we could probably get a second, but we’d probably have to give back a third if he doesn’t play a certain number of games.
