Wow, this team looks absolutely terrible. Passes in the skates, no 50/50 battles being won, no control of the puck. The only thing better is faster transitions, but I don't think Nash or Richards have even touched the puck...

Besides the penalty, and the minute plus that followed, I really like this start. We are playing very fast generating some nice chances.

Agreed. Will take some time for the team to get comfortable playing a faster paced game but I'm seeing good play overall.

Going to take time to get used to the system. Transition is clearly better .D-Men are way more active.

Miller needs to hold onto the puck or pass it to someone else. These stupid moves may work in juniors and even the AHL but not here.

Staal looks great. I think MDZ looks good to. Pouliot as well.
