There are things to be frustrated by and to be concerned about, but this game hardly means anything. Short camp, no preseason, young team, historically slow starters... bad coach. Gorton is the one that needs to go. He didn't hire AV who was good for 2-3 years. He hired Ruff at the suggestion of Arniel and that was a terrible hire. He hires Quinn on a philosophy that we needed a teaching coach who just sucks and can't coach the intricacies of NHL hockey. He hired Martin who immediately demanded we bring in the worst NHL defenseman available in Jack Johnson on a non league minimum contract. He's had luck in the draft and trades at a net positive but that's about it.
