Joe Strummer twitted the Jam in White Man in Hammersmith Palais. It wasn't exactly fair and he apparently expressed regret about it some time after but that's still maybe my favorite Clash song. It's almost 50 years since now.

I know I’ve posted Sleep Token before, but I’m a drum enthusiast and Drumeo had II (ST’s drummer) come in and play over the instrumentals for some of their songs… he’s an absolute monster. If you dig it, there’s a lot more on YouTube, just search “Drumeo II”. I can’t believe this dude remains anonymous and is this talented.



Edit: if you’re a drummer, try this. It’s only 60 seconds (if you’re not a drummer just be wowed).

I just heard on the radio that they are touring this year with 2 dates in every city. The first date will be full albums from 1990 and 1991 (so Bossanova and Trompe le Monde) and the second date will be greatest hits. I can't recall a tour like this with a full album and greatest hits the next night.

They were good when I saw them last year (or was it the year before...time flies).
