Would it be technically possible to set up a "survivor" where one could pick the same teams?

I mean that could be fun for the finals or something

Survived to week 3 with 3 options still available (Dallas, Rangers, and panthers). But I know some survivors might only have 2 picks available after this week. What happens if people run out of picks?
