Everyone blamed Lindy and Green last year, what’s the excuse now? And if we are gonna blame the coach again how about the guy who’s hiring them? HE should go first too tbh

if they don’t miss the playoffs the front office is getting cleaned out. i expect they’ll make it.

i don’t expect they’ll do any damage, but that could change if they have a good trade deadline and figure out their scoring issues.

they’re just such a f***ing chore to watch. we have two of the best offensive players in the league on the team but when they’re not on the ice the team is f***ing mid as hell

Casey barely played tonight in a game we hadn’t scored a goal in through two periods. That pissed me off. Keefe is always very slow to make in game line combination changes. A criticism of Keefe in Toronto was that he’d not great at making adjustments. I’ll give a pass for now because this collective forward group is a complete joke.

It’s not a negative, just overrated because it’s only situationally important and basically random in when it ever directly leads to a goal (ie you score without losing possession at any point)

I agree its overrated to those who have an outdated look on hockey. Personally I like a center whos good at them but if it doesnt work out that way then so be it

But I do like having one minimum, two guys preferably in the top-9 who can win ~50% or more. Any edge I can get!

Allen is pissed. Deservedly so for that ending cover, but he ain't blameless.

Palat was bad on the first late goal at end and the whole line was shit for that last one.

Allen let in a doozy for the Avs 2nd goal though, when he didn't even know where the f*** the rebound was, he was looking the other way.

The 2nd MacKinnon goal was strike of crazy hand/eye skill and near perfectly placed bounce combo where his blade was.

Devils need to learn to convert their chances. Seriously, this is problem number 1. You can't have so many grade A chances and not convert on them and expect to win. Had their chances to tie it up.

Absolutely have no issue with Keefe. At some point it's on the players. Fitz also has to give him the right tools.

I very much prefer our defensive structure and when they follow it we see the results.

Let’s be real…this team is only marginally better than last years before all the injuries hit. The only difference is they have remained mostly healthy and they swapped sucking at D and special teams with sucking at 5v5 offense.

They have had so many of these games with Allen in goal. Pathetic performance all well tonight. Allen could of been better but so many of the losses with him in goal are on the team in front. They will score 1 or 2 goals at most. No goalie is going to steal you a ton of games like that.

So many passengers on this team on offense it's infuriating how awful or depth is up front. They need to bring in 2 forwards at the deadline and hopefully that creats a huge ripple effect for their offense as a whole.

Fitz doesn't have the job security to do that. If they go on a L4-5 before the deadline, what good does that f***ing do them? He also torpedoed last year as well by holding onto dumbass Ruff + not making a move in net in December, at the latest, when we knew that Vitek/Schmid weren't going to replicate their 22-23 years
