Markstrom has been disappointing.

On last year's team he's probably an .894%-.895% goalie playing like this.

Expected save percentages are up this year on the team and Markstrom somehow is still clinging just below average.

If the defense is going to be responsible for that goal, they should play without a goalie.

I never said it was their fault lol. But they were also objectively bad on that shift. You need a save there and it's fine to put that on Markstrom. I agree. It doesn't change that Dougie Dillion had a bad shift.

Nashville is slow as mud. It should be interesting to see how this progresses. We should have several odd man rushes.

Sal doesn't know what he's talking about with that playing the percentages comment. No goalie coach would ever tell you to use RVH when the puck is above the goal line and that far away. RVH is a great tool when used correctly but Marky needs to stop doing that.
