Oh I agree. I was sad to see he got benched on a Moms trip. I also don’t blame Keefe for proving a point if he felt it was necessary.

I kind of figured he would, as it’s been standard practice during these mom/dad trips to split the goalies. I remember raging over the rando Blackwood non-back to back start two years ago, when his last game before that was three games before when he was pulled and Ruff was clearly unhappy in the presser. That wound up being his only start in a non back to back for a couple of weeks.

But also with the break in the schedule it would have been quite a while between starts for him if he didn’t get in there tonight. Almost 2 weeks.
