Ok, since the Yotes won't be winning anything this season they might as well sign Jagr. Jagr has been playing in Kladno since he left Calgary so he won't be coming out of retirement. Arguments for doing this:
1. The Yotes will probably make more money from selling Jagr jersey (imagine a 90s retro shirt with his name) than they will need to pay for him at league minimum. He will also attract some spectators. So in real money he will be playing for free.
2. He is still extremely serious when it comes to training, and can therefor be a mentor to the youngsters.
3. I would love having him back in the NHL.
4. Wouldn't we all prefer to see Jagr on most season games played all time instead of Marleau?
No, I'm not 100% serious.
