Pool: Yard's 2nd Annual WJC Pool - SF Updated!

Hi everyone! Let's all cross fingers that the WJC gonna happen and so this pool!

The rules will be pretty much the same as last year and we will keep a 10 person group.
We will draft 6 forwards, 3 defenseman, 1 goalie PLUS an extra slot player which can be F or D.
Here are the points breakdown:

• Forwards : One point for a goal and 1 point for an assist
• Defenseman : Two points for a goal and one point for an assist
• Goalie : Two points for a win and one more point for a shutout

We will begin the draft on Friday, December 18th at 12h00 EST.
We will go with a 4 hour clock and it will be off from 12am-8am EST.

To make sure that we are ready for the first game puck drop, please always PM the person drafting after you to ensure maximal draft speed! To make sure that the person receive the notification, send a personal message directly in a conversation and don't only tag the person in the thread.

If you cannot make your pick on time, the draft will continue and you will have to make your pick later on when you will be able to do it. If you know that you won't be able to make it on time, you can PM me a list for your next pick and i'll do it for you.

Once your pick is made, it is final. There won't be a possibility to edit the pick unless the player you took has already been pick by another player.
If you pick someone who ends up not attending the WJC, we will have a replacement draft at the end.

***Special Covid rule***
If the played you picked gets ruled out because of Covid, you will be able to make a new pick immediately as the info is released.

We will add an extra slot this year for an 11th played. It can be a forward of a defenseman.
This pick won't count into your points total, except if one of your player gets ruled out of the tournament once it has started. If this happen, we will switch for the extra player for the remaining of the tournament.
