Would Team NA have the best forward group?

Hypothetically speaking, if there was a world cup this year and they had a team NA again, would they have the best forward group out of any team (This is including the fact that Team Canada/USA could not select players 23 and under)?

Goalie is where they are completely lacking... Really no NHL goalies would be available.
