It only took a couple minutes for the refs to beat this one. Pinto got slashing penalty for slashing the ice a foot away from any Canes player.

Hope refs get put on blast. Canes a better team, maybe doesn’t make a difference but these refs should never step foot on NHL ice again. Then will likely give some soft make up calls now that game is over to “even it out”.

Just absolutely unacceptable.

Brenk and Markovic should not work another NHL game.

It is really atrocious how there appears to be no accountability for deeply terrible pretend refereeing.

Should have been a 1-1 game and then who knows? Canes goalie was having a night for sure but it was a 3 goal swing caused by the horrific calls by Brenk and Markovic. Hard to make that up in a tight game.

Sens management should be all over the NHL on this one.
