OT: World Junior Bars & Restaurants

Does anyone know if a lot of bars will stay open for the World Junior games at 4:00am? Any ones that are more west end?

Aren't bars not allowed to stay open that late because of some kind of lame bylaws or something? Definitely wouldn't be allowed to serve alcohol, so I doubt they would even if they're allowed.

Yeah, isn't that the whole point of Quebec bars existing, they can remain open til 3.

I'd be shocked if some sort of restaurant doesn't open, even if it's a breakfast place.
