LW: Ilja Kovalchuk
C: Joe Sakic
RW: Dany Heatly
D: Zdeno Chara
D: Nicklas Lidstrom
G: I figure it'll go to whoever wins, or to Kolzig if he plays out of his mind and germany makes some noise

*edit* forgot to pick the MVP:

Dany Heatly is going to lead the tournament in scoring and take home the MVP. i'd like to see him with lemieux and iginla (playing his off wing)

Elias?!? Why? You took Elias over Heatly, Kovalchuk, Jagr, Naslund? No way!

First off, Heatley and Jagr arent LW's. Secondly, you make it seem like Elias sucks, when he is clearly one of the top 5 lws in the NHL. He finished 6th in points, 2nd in goals and has more winning experience in his pinky than Naslund and Kovalchuk. Is it likely that he is named to the allstar team? I'd say probably not. Is it completly out of the question? Hell no!

Sundin and Sakic on the same line? How is that?

You can be the best player but still not the most valuable. One player may score the most goals or set up the most plays but another guy that scores the big goals or shows the most leadership can still be more valuable.

Why not Elias? He is awesome look at his stats over the last 5 years as a left winger he is just about tops on a not very offensive team. He always leads NJ in scoring and he is absolutely clutch in the playoffs. I could see him really shining in this tournament.
