If anyone wants to make GDTs let me know, I hate making them

Håkan Loob was an excellent hockey player but he is an absolutely brutal TV expert

Sweden blocked a ton of shots.

If Japan plays like that again they definitely have a chance at a win.

Their first line played a huge amount of time. Pretty skilled and good chemistry Kubo and Ukita. Might count against them as they play more games.

I saw the highlights. Sweden made some wicked passes to score their goals! The dark blue unis with the gold numbers look nice on TV.

I actually didn't think this game was as close as the scoreboard was, the Japanese hustled throughout the game which is commendable, and their passing is a thing of beauty, but they just don't have anybody who can finish. They put up a lot of shots but it almost seems like they're shooting at the goalie. They've markedly improved since Sochi though.

Thing that surprised me the most about this game is how listless Sweden seemed. The defensive coverage on the one Japanese goal was atrocious. They did seem to come alive late and they just put the game away.
