I don't know enough about most of these prospects to even guess a top 10, but I'm feeling Tolvanen will have a good one.

Gonna give this a bump since there's only a few days left if anyone else wants to put in a prediction.

Give it a shot. I think this is pretty dependent on which teams do well in general, develop a hot power play, etc.

I also thought it was interesting how last year Laine had the least points on his line but it was clear to anyone watching that he was the best offensive player.

1. Barzal
2. Strome
3. Keller
4. Jost
5. Nylander
6. Pettersson
7. Kaprizov
8. Roslovic
9. Eriksson Ek
10. Vesalainen

Could be totally off though.

I dont know enought about any of these prospects but out of finland im guessing tolvanen will have most goals .
perhaps even lead the league.

Traditionally, scoring ties are broken by whichever player has more goals, rather than the fewest games. Ask Wayne Gretzky. That's how he lost what would have been a scoring title in his first year to Marcel Dionne. IIHF uses that tiebreaker as well.
He actually would have lost the scoring race if Dionne wasn't so honest. Dionne was awarded an assist in the last game and went to the referee and got them to take away the assist on the play.

Gretzky lost the scoring race either way. Nevertheless, a classy move by Dionne to give the youngster a chance. Who knows if that Wayne kid would ever get another opportunity to win a scoring title? :sarcasm:

I think Jordan Greenway will be vital for Team USA. I love his game and his physicality. The US needs to stay out of the box but I think Greenway will really get the guys going and feeling good and having fun.

1. Strome
2. Keller
3. Kaprizov
4. Nylander
5. Jost
6. Chabot
7. Pettersson
8. Eriksson Ek
9. Barzal
10. Juolevi

This will be WAY wrong by the end.

Hischier looked extremely impressive in rhe exhibition against Canada. I think he is a good bet for the top ten. Another category to think about would be the best player on a weaker team. That kind of players can rack up the points without being noticed and also finish in the top ten. As a Leafs fan, I know about Dzierkals of Latvia but I am sure there others who could fit this niche also.

Patrik Laine
Jesse Puljujärvi
Sebastian Aho?
:D

Its pretty sick to think PL could play for 2 more years at this level
