now this should be a doozy. GMG preview? I thought so earlier, but now I may have to update my medal and GMG predictions. The U.S. is looking strong.

4-2 W for the Canadians. and then on to Boxing Day. tis truly the best thing about Christmas.

I wouldn't put a ton of stock into these pre tournament games. Teams are going to improve drastically as they gain chemistry over the next couple of weeks.

The score depends on who is your starting goalie for this game.

If its DiPietro, i think we are slight favorites to win and we will win
if its Scott, i see troubles for us, Ian Scott is just that amazing!.
 
Team Canada atmosphere will be interesting to see. Hopefully less reckless hotheads in this team.
 
This will be a close game. Finland wins by 1 goal. It's possible that Canada is more ready for this game having played one more practice match compared to Finland.
 
Is Leason still out of the Canada lineup for this game (hand injury)? Or are they saving him for the real action when it counts in the actual tournament games?
 
Crush them. Need a heavy forecheck on their D to wear down those skilled guys they have back there.

This will be a good test before the tournament starts.
 
Test for the goalies for Canada.

I'm probably a very small portion, but I'm not convinced with DiPietro and it has nothing to do with his name.

Seems to be a good prospect with pretty high upside, don't think he's the type of player who will ever turn a franchise around though.
 
More interested to see how the goaltenders for Canada perform in this one than anything.

Can't wait to get the actual Tournament started.
