Figured I'd start a thread for this, considering the tournament started yesterday.
Canada, Russia and (surprisingly) host Kazakhstan are the early favourites.
Seems like quite a few teams (Russia, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Czech Rep.) have some current and former pros on their rosters. All games are streamed for free in HD at http://www.livefisu.tv/ with the creation of a free account. Games are mostly at 2:30, 5, and 8 a.m. EST -- great for people in Europe but brutal for me in Canada!
