I think Brown's eventually gonna get a chance to start somewhere. Whether he'll excel, I don't know. Whether it'll be next year I'm not sure either. But someone is gonna try him out at some point, IMO.

Honestly I don't care. BC is a far superior team, but coming to cold in Winnipeg is not going to ideal for their style (big time passing, smaller front 7 not suited to stopping the run). But Calgary is comparatively SO much weaker than BC it's probably still CGY I'd rather play. Even if Carey/Mills scare me the tiniest bit.

Congrats to Brown for another great game. Smart passes, no panic, his future looks bright. Augustine also showed he could possibly be a starter on some other teams (well, if he played like this every game... Not sure how much was Calgary's D being average). Bailey looked good until he pulled up with a cramp(?) - his TD may have been the highlight of the game.

Calgary's starting qb did squat against a D that was missing so many starters, Dru Brown is going to be a pretty good qb, but where. Hoping for no injuries from tonight's game
Maybe if we both ask him really nicely to stick around, he will. Would be nice to have a contingency plan for Collaros’s retirement.

If it was serious we probably would have heard more (and he'd likely be upset in the interview). It kind of just looked like a cramp or a pulled muscle in game.
