You don't draft a goalie because you need a goalie right now. Far too long of a development curve.

I want Tuomisto to succeed and be a good pro. I’m not expecting him to succeed, though. He hasn’t improved since his d+1.

The more intellectually honest response is that while he has improved since his D+1 season, he is not nearly where he needs to be in his development given his age and experience.

Yeah, reading some of the thread that sounds right. It does seem like some people are very high on him, and some more Luke warm.

Just thought they were pushing the hype a bit lol. This year I've been going to the games kind of as an alternate at times, but am going in on season tickets next year. So I figure it's time to get a little more knowledgeable on the younger players coming in besides the obvious high draft picks that most people know about.
