Best offers for:

Spurgeon
Coyle
Staal
Brodin
Granlund
Dubnyk

All can go, in need of a major rebuild.

Not looking for other wild fans to chime in about why we shouldn't trade any of these players. We're beyond that point. I'm the GM in this case, and have put them all up for sale.

Looking for picks, young speed, or a hockey trade with term is fine too if it fits the plan of a rebuild.

Full rebuild mode with Parise and Sutter still on the books for 6 more years ? I don't think so . UFA's sure WIld will sell those off because thats smart asset management but i don't think Granlund would be available or Dubnyk.

Granlund is certainly available. I’m doubtful dubnyk is available, unless Fenton is looking at an upgrade.

Both are FA after next year, and both want to get paid. Russo has said that granlund will want 8-9 on term.. we can't commit that to him. Trade both while they're worth more than just a rental, as will be the case next year

That’s not how cap dumps work. Why do we need to dump one year of 900k? What are we going to do with it? Especially if we’re trading some of the other guys you mentioned.

Hes signed for 1 more year after this year. This way hes off the books. It's not much of a cap dump, but it helps

Granlund would interest me as a Stars fan but that a) i don't think would happen within the division and b) that would be really expensive

Coyle would also be of interest as a depth scoring option and likely cheaper.

It will allow us to make more waiver claimes to strengthen our defensive depth duh

Don’t really see much in Dallas that would intrigue me for Coyle. I would do Zucker for a 1st
