Like, Canadian Thanksgiving is different from American Thanksgiving.

And sometimes they occasionally had hockey games on Thanksgiving in the past, but it would be a nice viewing alternative for those of us who aren't interested in the late NFL game (Giants/Redskins, give me a break) or Turkey Day entertainment holiday viewing.

Obviously, I understand why they don't do so on Christmas (at least since the 70s), but Turkey Day has had hockey games here and there involving Canadian teams at times.

As Canadians we do thanks giving earlier in the year than American, unless that’s what you were implying. If that’s the case, probably because we already have hockey night in Canada.

They can't have Ryan Reaves playing just in case we try to take their country from them as well.

Ryan Reaves is the secret to keeping us away. He's a scary Canadian what else can I say?

Because Connor Carrick, Jake Gardiner, Ron Hainsey, Auston Matthews, James van Riemsdyk, Craig Anderson, Mike Condon, Ryan Dzingel, Bobby Ryan, Nate Thompson, Chris Wideman, Alex Galchenyuk, Charlie Lindgren, Max Pacioretty, Jeff Petry, Dustin Byfuglien, Kyle Connor, Andrew Copp, Connor Hellebuyck, Matt Hendricks, Tucker Poolman, Jacob Trouba, Blake Wheeler, Matt Bartkowski, Johnny Gaudreau, Matthew Tkachuk, Patrick Maroon, and Brock Boeser.
