Why do YOU come on HFBOARDS daily?

Im always curious why people come on here. Started off for me that I loved the articles on Hockeysfuture and then I saw a link to this site. I clicked on it and that moment has forever changed my life hahaha....

I was(and still am) in a keeper pool that is going on and at first I used to use this site to find out about certain prospects a few years ago. And since then it's borderline unhealthy the amount of info I know about almost every prospect and player around the world it seems hahah(like seriously its tattooed in my brain now what celebrities look like nhl players, what way prospects shoot the puck, what round every player in NHL was drafted, hometown's of players, etc etc.. like seriously why can't I have knowledge like this in more usefull things in life hahah).. I have a side job where I work in the WHL and have always known WHL players like the back of my hand, but this site has allowed me to learn more about OHL/QMJHL/NCAA/Europe/etc/etc and I love it. I am around NHL scouts at times and I hear them talking about certain players and prospects and its embarrassing how I know who they are talking about and I wanna barge in and help them when they are trying to think of this guy or that guy haha....

so Im curious why do you guys come on here?

learn about prospects?
learn about NHL players/stats?
talk strictly about YOUR team?
start arguments with rival teams?
share knowledge with others?
etc
etc

Living in LA, the only out of market games I see are on NBCSN, or NHL Network. That doesn't even moean one per day. Even if I could see more games, Pacific time would mean I'd come home after first or even second periods of the games on the lEast coast.

I just like to know what's going on. It's basically a hockey news site for me. If something interesting happened (dirty play, sick goal, great save) I can see it here.

I also do enjoy seeing what other people think about other teams/subjects, though that of course has to be taken with a grain of salt, because half you folks crazy.

I work a desk job from 9 to 5 everyday so this is a good place to kill time, expand my knowledge on hockey and hear from fans of other teams so I can learn about their teams. As someone that got into hockey relatively late (2009), this place was a big part in fast-tracking everything especially history.

The Entertainment & Wrestling board is pretty rad too. I post mostly in there nowadays
