Tomas Tatar deserves some credit. Has three goals in the last two games including the game-winner against Sweden. You could probably argue some of its his linemates, but he's been a huge factor for Europe.

Not that I didn't think he would be an excellent player but I expected to see more of a learning adjustment period for Matthews. He's going to be good right from the drop.

The way Johnny has played in this tournament, he has guaranteed, that he does not get less than $7 Million per season.

Halak imo, its pretty well known NYI wants to trade him while he still has some value and his value has gone up cause of this tournament. Hopefully he doesn't get injured.

Gaudreau and Mackinnon. I think people sort of forgot about Mackinnon because he hasn't set the world on fire since his rookie season, but he looked great out there. I'm expecting a big year from him.

I think it's going to turn out that his value has gone up for the Islanders more than it does for other teams. It's worth starting him out the regular season just to get in Lundqvist's head again.

Marchand maybe. Not just for his last goal - he kept pace with and complemented Crosby beautifully all tournament long.

Crosby and Price -not sure about "raising" their stock - but more like reminding the hockey world why they're still #1

Marchand, Matthews, MacKinnon, Matt Murray & Duchene

as for the premiere guys Crosby, Perry & Getzlaf have re-established themselves as dominant forces IMO
