Those aren't even taken at the same time. You took two separate occasions to take a picture of your food? McDonald's is a place where you get what you pay for. I very rarely get fast food but at 2 am when I'm drunk McDonald's is God.

I ate at McDonalds the other day. I thought I was gonna stroke out from all the salt. A quarter pounder with cheese has almost 1220 milligrams of salt. God knows what the fries had. I was chugging my BP medicine out of the bottle like a baby sucking on a tit when I got home. McDonalds is poison.
