EDIT: Last year, this was a great thread to see what teams had the most prospects at the WJC. Tade did a great job last year and has once again come thru this year.

Go to post #10 to see every teams list on who is going. Once again, thanks tade for putting it all together.

The Oilers have D Caleb Jones for the United States and C Aapeli Rasanen for Finland. Small group this year, but they also have three guys who are just on the outside and should have a good chance to make their respective teams next year(G Dylan Wells and C Tyler Benson for Canada, D Markus Niemalainen for Finland) and two eligible players in the NHL(Connor McDavid and Jesse Puljujarvi).

The only one I'm aware of is Dante Fabbro for Team Canada.

Possibly Trenin for Russia and Harper for USA.

So far....a small group from everyone else. I wonder look forward to seeing other teams to see how many guys they have.

I know last year Philly had 7 guys there which was the most. I believe someone else also had 7....edit...was AZ.

As far as I can remember think Calgary has 4...

Dube - Canada
Fox - USA
Kylington- Sweden
Parsons - USA
Obviously Tkachuk would be for the states if he wasn't on the NHL team.

Toronto: Grundstrom(SWE), Dzierkals(LAT), Woll(USA), and hopefully Bracco(USA) and Korostelev(RUS)

Marner, and Matthews still eligible but of course not going. Could have been more but we picked 3 overage guys this year, and 3 late birthdays last year(no longer eligible) so that limited the pool a little.

Kase (Flyers) is not totally ruled out for the Czechs yet either... management said today he was a question mark but would be there if healthy in time.

EDIT: Ahh, you put it in the facts at the bottom. Yeh, he is not on the actual roster I suppose, despite likely being captain if he is fit.

Is there any traded players? Saarela (NYR draft pick, now with CAR) would have been but he decided not to join the Finnish camp.

Could be back to back years where Philly sends the most guys.

Must suck to be a Vancouver/Colorado fan being low in the standings AND in prospect depth here.

I'm a homer, but the Wild have a pretty solid mix of players-- Kunin, Eriksson Ek, Kaprizov, and Greenway. Wouldn't be surprised if Kaprizov puts up very solid numbers.

Kaprizov is awesome.

It would not surprise me if he led the tournament in scoring.

My brother is a Wild fan and not a week goes by where I don't tell him you guys have a legit top 6 forward going forward in Kaprizov.

Context: I have watched a lot of him, especially this year because of Vorobyov.
