Last September Wallinder was #4 and Albert Johansson #10. Guys went on pretty surprising directions on the vote.

I voted Gibson who is quite underrated on this board. He's a big right handed shot defensmen that doubled his point total and almost double his goals from the previous year.

Voted Elmer, but I agree, we need to add Finnie, if he has indeed added 25 lbs or so since I last saw him play the end of 2022, (according to Pete’s he was playing in the 190’s late last season) he will be worth watching for.

Did you think Regula and Sambrook were underrated too?

(For the record I thought Sambrook was a good prospect, lol)

I voted Buium. I don’t know enough about Gibson, Buch needs to eat, and Elmer needs to get engaged.

Buium/Gibson is tight based on the (limited) viewings I've had. I think Shai has come along reasonably well at a good DU program, I think there's NHL upside there. Gibson has looked well-rounded when I've been able to watch. The skill set isn't the most unique but I think it translates reasonably well, and frankly the right-handed shot makes the path a bit easier.

I have a much easier time seeing Lombardi make the roster in the next couple years than I do Buchelnikov. Honestly I think James is more likely to put on a Wings jersey than Buchelnikov too, but I'd be happy for him to prove that wrong.
