Yeah, I am familiar with the OP's "brand".

I expect that in the near future Jiricek will even out the situation.

It won't even out anytime soon. Even if Spacek, Svozil and Jiricek become very good NHL players (and it's a risk to assume all 3 will). By the time they become good NHL D.. Gudas, Simek and Rutta are done.

Only one has a chance to be like Heiskenan. Rest would be lucky to have a Maata like career (big fan). And you guys got Kvirijuaho coming (I'm sorry about the spellings.lol)... 17 year old Dman who looks to be very promising.

I do think Hronek is on the rise though and will be even stronger next year.
