Who are the top 3 most underrated prospects in the system?

Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Basing it on our last poll I chose Laba (17th), Lamb (honorable mention), and Ollas (19th).
Chmelar was 12th, which I think was fair at the time, but now that seems like it might be low. I don't know if that is underrating or just not being prepared for him to breakout, but if you want to consider it underrating him then he of course is on the list.
Laba is a legit 3C prospect who is a lot of fun to watch on a team that has been surprisingly good with him anchoring it. I'm very interested to see how he develops. I think he plays three full years.
Lamb was a bit of a wild card but the skill was always there. He's off to a nice start playing with some really talented prospects and not looking out of place.
Ollas, I've been high on for a couple years now. He's surprisingly athletic for a gigantic goaltender and is also pretty sound technically. Merrimack has been a surprise the last couple seasons and he has been a huge (ha) part of it.
