Miller really underrated player and probly top 3 given how heavy his game is, on top of being a 100 point player. Connor McDavid admitted after the Vancouver series that he was scared of JT Miller and hopes never has to play against Miller in the play-offs again.

This year I’d say Quinn, with Eichel close behind. Overall it’s been Matthews though and I don’t think he’s been knocked off that perch yet

Quinn is, at worst, the 2nd best defenseman in the NHL right now.

As good as Matthews is, Quinn gets the nod.

Please enlighten me to when McDavid said that

It's always a bit apples and oranges comparing forwards, defenders and especially goalies.

But If I were a betting man, I'd put money on Hellebuyck to be the tournament MVP.

Most talented is likely Matthews. If this four nations thing is actually going to be taken seriously and the players compete, I’d rate him middle of this pack, at best.

Quinn Hughes, he's a top 2 D in the world, and the best D over the past 2 seasons. He's probably around top 5 skater in the NHL right now, potentially top 3 if you're only including the past 2 seasons.

Eichel and Matthews are damn good players, but neither of them are that far ahead of the competition.
