Which playoff-caliber team in the Pacific has the best future outlook?

I've decided to include the 4 teams that made the playoffs last season in Vancouver, LA, VGK, and Edmonton. Which one do you think has the best future outlook? Maybe Seattle should be on, but I'm iffy on them. I don't see Anaheim, San Jose, or Calgary being playoff caliber anytime soon.

Vancouver looks good to me. Pettersson and Hughes are in the middle of their careers. Demko should have another five years left, and they’ve done a good and stable job under their new management in recent years.
