Speculation: Whats the over/under on Vesey's Dad's Leafs Employment if he signs elsewhere?

Now they can't let go of him right away since that would be too obvious. I'm thinking that by the end of the year they "restructure" their scouting department and wouldn't you know it, Vesey's dad will "decide" to pursue other opportunities.....over/under from Aug 15: 4 1/2 months.
