What do you want them to talk about? They already talked about the moves made this summer so it would just be rehashing content.

Talking will start when we get the rookie camp list next week. Maybe before if Dach and/or Primeau signs or we make another trade.

Now that the mornings are getting colder and the days are slowly getting shorter we're all desperately ready for some Habs action/news/updates/ANYTHING
Quebec sports shows are seeing their regulars coming back and we’re hearing a lot of jokes, nostalgia, some prognostications about the Habs and what’s on Hughes’ plate and a whole lot of coverage of other sports.

They’re not breaking anything new so they’re in the same vacuum we are.

Not a word on Habs or training camp. Shouldn't that be the main focus right now? Or are they waiting for another golf tournament?

REd vs Whites is due in a few weeks, yet it's deader than Angus' bedroom. Even RDS is acting like hockey is months away.

The offseason HF Habs civil war we had this summer... had many casualties lol..

It's always bad in the offseason but it's never been THAT bad before lol
Many losses

There is life outside hockey. Weather is fine, go outside. Summer won't last very long.
If you like watching sports, Flushing Meadows is ending and there is the cream of the best tennismen competing.
I've seen more life outside of hockey than you'll ever hope to achieve. Secondly , I know you don't know it, but I'm house bound, have been for a few years, Nothing more I would like than to go outside and ride my bike for a few hours. But... that time is gone alas. Now I'm stuck debating on a Forum about Habs, which is what my post was all about. I know tennis is on, Sherlock, so please, go and do something constructive, or listen to Miley. :sarcasm:

I am partly bound in my house too for medical health problems. I might recover my regular activities in a week, hopefully. My comment wasn't adressed to you specificly.

So sry to hear you’re house bound. I wish that your time spent here, brings a little diversion and lots of levity. Hang tough!

Thankfully you’re able to resume in a week’s time. I’ve got a fractured toe and walking has become a chore but I count my blessings, there is always worse.

For once....I don't care, there's not really any hockey for another 3 weeks and the echochamber can wait a little before they start repeating themselves over and over and over again especilly since there's no news.

Also...it's CFMTL time right now.
Only winning team in Montreal and we have a hell of a team this year

Because of the draft my youtube is littered with clickbait about hockey trades where it’s just a kid playing nhl22 wondering out loud. Hockey has let me down over the last couple of weeks after much entertainment.

Marinaro was crying on BPM during JiC’s show yesterday morning, about how there isn’t enough support for CF. He used to pull the same spiel on 690 when callers and texters trashed soccer. At some point, the guy has to get the message that you can’t shove it down everyone’s throats if they don’t have a liking for it. Good for those who do.

Later that day, Delorme took Marinaro to task and said something to the effect that Marinaro is an Italian and is merely preaching for his Parrish.

It got even worse when Delorme’s co-host asked, if there were a Habs pre-season game and a CF game on at the same time, what would most sportsfans watch?

Not CF, that’s for sure. Gimme a Habs practise, Reds vs. White or even just a Habs player doing drills and I’m on it. Saputo’s not getting his hands in my money nor viewership.

Good for those who enjoy it but lots of us pass.
