Value of: What would give up to trade for McDavid?

So I was fiddling around with NHL16 trade manager and saw some interesting results in regards to what the Oilers accepted from each team to trade for Connor McDavid

What team do you support and what deal would you do to acquire McDavid straight up (no other assets), that the Oilers would likely accept?

Example:
Arizona Coyotes - Ekman-Larsson, Domi and/or Strome, and a 2017 1st rounder
Buffalo Sabres - Eichel, Ristolainen, (maybe Okposo) and a 2018 1st rounder

He's way too valuable of a player. The amount we'd have to give up to get him would make the team an even more barren wasteland than it is. Which nullifies the whole point of grabbing McDavid.

This is useless because he doesnt realy hold any realistic value, any trade would handicap the other team, there has been way too many trade about.

To me hes worth downgrade 1C, potential first pair D and a pick. But who would pay that? These assets does more to your team than 1 player no matter how good.
