Upon searching ebay for jerseys, I came across this and remembered we had a thread similar to this at one point

Seems somebody pretty much copied RG's design and is trying to make some $$ off of it - was thinking about buying it, but I can't justify giving $$ to somebody with an unoriginal and essentially stolen idea

It's way too similar to not have been taken from RG's design and further, there are no other 'Devils Subway Signs' for sale anywhere on the web

RG if you care enough it's elementary copyright infringement. Even tho you don't have a copyright on it if it's material that can be copyrighted, if someone is trying to profit, and if you can prove they copied you have a civil and criminal (lol) case (if he sells 1000 dollars worth.)

Probably not at all worth going THAT far, but if somebody is going to steal an idea and not be discrete about it at all as this person is, it's worth busting their balls and calling them out about

that would be an interesting case to take to trial. Though what you did was take facts and quotes. Which isn't infringement (the logo is I guess).

Let's say this blows up and the guy makes millions. You'd probably end up with 95% and then the Devils would go after you for a sum of that.
