What is your favorite INTERNATIONAL snack food?

what's the best international snack you have ever had? canadians, you are allowed to choose canadian snacks so long as they are not widely available in the US. by snack i mean a candy, chip, etc. something you would buy at a store. for me, it's kinder hippos:

they are cute little hippo cookies filled with cream and they are soooooooo good. i need recommendations please help.

Where did you get them from? I had them when I was in HAmsterdam a couple of months ago and they were delicious, the ones i've managed to find in international food sections of supermarkets in NZ have been trash by comparison, stale as ****.
