Ok, so I guess what I'm trying to figure out is how to BS people with confidence.
I wouldn't say you're trying to BS people. It's more about convincing yourself than anyone else.
It's not as simple as "just be confident in yourself", because your inner monologue is probably filled with doubts and hesitation.
We all have our own negative thoughts that we can't easily ignore, but they're just that, your own internal thoughts that no one else knows about.
How you deal with those negative thoughts will affect your outward appearance, and is the difference between someone who seems confident and someone who seems timid or unsure.
For example, if I'm frustrated with a problem at work, I would still want to carry myself in a confident manner, rather than getting into a flustered and defeated mindset. As a result, it appears to other people that I'm in control of the situation.
(Idk, maybe I'm way off base. Multiple ways to interpret it.)
