What happened with Wideman's linesman crosscheck-from-behind? Is Don Henderson still working in the NHL?

Wideman was suspended for 20 games, he objected, it was (disgustingly, IMHO) lowered in arbitration to 10 games. Don Henderson (victim) sued Wideman and the courts rejected the lawsuits + Henderson was ordered to pay Wideman's legal costs (as if Wideman couldn't more than afford it!). And then,... nothing.

Is Don Henderson still in the NHL doing his job? I couldn't find any updates about this and it's been 7 years since the incident.

I know nothing other than Henderson never returned after this. That was a big part of the basis for the lawsuit.

I'd assume quiet arbitration behind the scenes resulted in a settlement with an NDA.

(The lawsuit was tossed because it was determined that Henderson needed to go through NHL arbitration)
