What happened to Bruce Bell?

I noticed this guy scored 37 points as a 19-year-old rookie in 84-85 and made the NHL All-Rookie Team. Impressive considering he wasn't exactly a first round pick. He never came close to those heights afterwards. What happened to him?

Probably caught light in the bottle and later his lack of talent was exposed.
