a pick or two difference isn’t going to change the needle for NE. It’s also a down draft. It would say something that our back ups beat their starters and it’d be the most wins in our programs history.

These guys work hard every week. I’d like to see them rewarded.

And the two worst plays of the day were actually starters (Rapp and Bass)

When the extra points were from the 2 yard line (meaning a 19 yard kick), misses were extraordinarily rare.

Now, the make rate is somewhere around 95%.

Keep in mind the NFL moved back the line of scrimmage for extra points back to the 15 some years ago - which is about a 32 yard field goal. League average is generally around 94% from that range.

Bass is 59/64 now, so below average (92.1%), but not significantly so, and he's still pretty solidly above average for his career (96.3%)
Gotcha’, thanks gents!

I'm not worried about a player that the Pats would pick at #1 per se. I'm worried about them getting the #1 pick and trading it to a QB-desperate team for a HAUL of picks that will jumpstart their rebuild. They've already seemingly got their QB.....I don't want them surrounding said QB with a ton of talent.

Surely the Bucs won't blow their season by losing to the Saints at home?? 19-13 Saints in the 3rd, though the Falcons are also tied with Carolina 24-24 and would have to win to send Tampa home.
Bryce Young is starting to make some plays, Panthers are driving. Falcons might definitely blow this as well.

Would be cool to see Young put it together.

I one hundred percent get what you’re saying and completely understand. I just also promised myself to root for my teams to win instead of tank/lose like the Sabres as we’ve seen how that worked out.
