Not the way both have been playing this season. Indiana beat who they had in.front of them aside from Ohio St. Mississippi lost at home to 4-7 Kentucky and Bama has lost to two unranked opponents. Neither of them is deserving at all.

Speculation is that as long as The U beats the Cuse and does not get blown out by SMU they'll make it to the CFP. I'd be rather upset if Clemson got in over The U just by not having to play in the ACCTG.

I don’t think Miami can get left out at this point unless Cam Ward gets hurt. Either game would be a good enough loss.

Well there are people like Haether Dinich that are already lobbying for a 3 loss SEC team to make the CFP and the fact that Alabama only dropped to #13 in the AP after getting boat raced by Oklahoma is very concerning. Right now I don't trust the process enough to be comfy with a loss still getting us in.

There is no way Alabama with 3 losses who just got their asses kicked by a 6-5 Oklahoma team should be anywhere near a playoff spot. They put Alabama at #13 on purpose. Its so blatantly obvious. Of course teams ahead of them will lose in the next 2 weeks and they should easily beat Auburn & then sit on their asses during Championship week ensuring they don't fall again.

Committee hasn’t revealed the rankings yet. That’s the AP poll.

That said, of the teams behind Alabama, who is better? SEC teams with 3 losses being mid-teens is generally about where they land after 11 games.
