He is what he is at this point for us. A 25 year old 40 point-ish forward who doesn’t offer a ton else.
He could have value to a team like Edmonton who needs a young complimentary winger who could rack up points playing with a phenom like McDavid or Draisaitl.
We don’t need what he offers really. He’s a placeholder for us for better players. If you can get something for him now, do it, and definitely do not lock yourself into him with an unmoveable long term contract. Same for Strome.

Actually thought Strome had a solid game 3 today. I’d think he’s deserving of a 4.35 x 4 yrs. (similar to the Brendon Smith deal)

Buch was easily one of our best players in game 1 & 2 lol. Had a rough game today though
And Trouba had a good series, but I don’t see you throwing any praise his way.
1) It was only 3 games
2) Buch was very good in games and 1 and 2
3) A lot of the players were terrible "this series", don't just single out Buch
I for one would easily run out the KZB as the top line next year. I didn't particularly count this season after it was delayed by 4 months due to COVID anyway. The Rangers momentum was shot and as far as I'm concerned, the season ended in mid-March.
