Buffalo Bills WCW: (7) Denver at (2) Buffalo; Sunday 1/12, 1:00 PM, CBS

I have talked about this before here, but good offenses should just start going to two points every TD until the situation really demands just an extra point
Tomlin did that a bit when it was first introduced, but stopped not too long after. The big problem is if you're up 6 if you go for 2 and miss, the other team only has to kick to win the exchange. It's like the opposite math as to why you go for 2 when you score when down 14.

Defense needs to get their shit together. Just surrending yards this game. Hold them to a FG please. Or a turnover .

Going to keep calling for Dorian to be benched and hope he makes me look dumb. Easily the worst player on the field

The thing is good teams score a lot of TDs and convert a lot of two point conversations. So they generally will be ahead in that exchange. But it’s bad optics when it doesn’t go your way which is why I think teams stray from it

More importantly, why are Bernard and Dorian the guys splitting coverage of TYREEK HILL? D seems more confused than usual, but at least still locking it down (knock on wood, Val)

Better to lose conventionally than to be unconventional. A coach who does it and fails will never get another shot.

I'd love to see a team go for 2 every time in the first half, and then in the 2nd half decide based on game management. Bonus: if you commit to it, you're probably going to practice those plays a hell of a lot more than your opponent, so you might be better than the percentages suggest.
