Well as my family and I were walking back to our respective cars after the Bill Burr show last night at Dolby theater, me looking at T-mobile arena and imagining the atmosphere of today's game got me checking for ticket prices. Not sure if I bought an Oilers fan's (who couldn't make it) ticket. But spur of the moment decision I'm finally going to my first VGK playoff game.

Went to a handful of Ducks playoff games in the Getzlaf era but never swallowed the cost for the VGK and at best joined the crowd outside T-mobile arena for SCF games back in 2018. Looking forward to this afternoon! Win or lose that atmosphere is gonna be insane.

Also, I had the opportunity of meeting McDavid at one of the last NHL Awards hosted in Vegas before the Knights arrived, but I've never actually gotten to watch him play live so that's exciting.

Unlikely the Knights will be back from the golf course by 4:00 p.m., much less suited up, so somebody had better have a "technical difficulty" ready to go.
