It would be very predictable for the Avs to finally beat both the Stars and a DeBoer team when I’m not around to see it. So, if they win I’ll pay my homage to The Kingslayer and take credit for it

Landeskog is gonna rip out Duchene's still beating heart and eat it at center ice

If there's no Heiskanen, there is no excuse to lose this series. Akin to us having to play them without Makar. Nobody would give us a chance at all.

Need to take advantage. Dallas has been a bad defensive team all season. They were middle of the pack with Heiskanen and have gotten far worse without him, and it's no coincidence when you have guys like Lybushkin, Ceci, and Dumba playing big minutes and Lindell playing above where he should.

Take. Advantage. Early.

Dallas has Seguin, Duchene, and Rants. They will all have at least 3 points every game.

I wouldn't be shocked if none of Drouin, Landy, and Manson play in Game 1.

Heiskanen may, or may not, be ready for Game 1.

You underestimate this place. If nothing else we can always blame the refs or Gary.

That said, if Heiskanen is truly the difference between them winning the series or losing this series that's not reassuring.

They no longer have Pavelski so you can substract a lot of goals right there.

Why is it not reassuring? I'm not saying if Heiskanen is in it's automatically a Dallas win. I'm saying when you take away a team's best player, that team in theory should not beat you in a 7 game series.

This is going to be a tough series no doubt but we have to go through everyone to win so might as well start off with a bang. Vegas or the St.Louis will be tough. Edmonton or LA will be tough. There is no easy route. Last year I thought Winnipeg was going to destroy us. You never know.
