Big Game Story: Western Conference Final’s Round #3, Game #5. The Chicago Blackhawks managed to do what no other team had done in the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs or in 15 straight games dating to the regular season: They won a game at Staples Center, defeating the Los Angeles Kings 3-2 on Thursday in Game 4 of the Western Conference Final to take a 3-1 series lead. Chicago has a chance to close it out on home ice at United Center on Saturday night (8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC, CBC, RDS). The Blackhawks have won four straight at "The Madhouse on Madison Street" and have plenty of motivation to do it again in Game 5. They don't want to fly all the way back to Los Angeles for Game 6 and give the defending Stanley Cup champions life. KINGS need to remind BLACKHAWKS which team won Stanley Cup Championship in 2012. NOTE : Regarding LARGE SIZE IMAGES / YELLOW RE-SIZE IMAGE BARS ABOVE PICS, let me offer up one nice little suggestion ...
This will get rid of those pesky yellow resize bars over the top of some larger pictures ... as they annoy the hell out of me and maybe they do you also ?
- Go into/click on your "USER CP" {control Panel} up top left in the red bars
- on the left under 'Settings & Options' click on "Edit Options"
- scroll down to 'Thread Display Options', and then 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- click on the 'Drop Down List Box' over on the Right of 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- select it to "KEEP ORIGINAL SIZE"
- SAVE your selections !
There ... now don't that look MUCH BETTER
