From 7.48 until the end is some pretty riveting stuff.

Did not know a piano could be played in such a matter, don’t have the words to even describe it.

Chopin did not f*** around. He could do simpler stuff that grabs you, or he could go full proto-metal.

Here's another "I don't think this is possible" piece from Liszt:

Edit: You won't recognize that until you suddenly do

Liszt composed like he deeply hated anyone who played piano and he wanted to drive all of them to quit or have a stroke. But Hungarian Rhapsody is very Bachish in the way it introduces themes and develops them before returning in some other different form that meanders on. I'm fairly certain Bach's fugues were his attempt to kill the poor souls transcribing his stuff as he pumped it out while testing organs, so he and Liszt share a murderous wavelength there.

Bach could improvise stuff like this. No idea if this was improvised of composed, but a lot of his stuff was improvised. For a while his job was testing new organs so he'd just sit down and crank out some legendary piece while poor unfortunate souls scrambled to write it down. But once more for emphasis: Bach made this kind of thing up on the spot.
